For many years, I have been learning and reading a lot about various topics related to spirituality, self-improvement, and other concepts for making life more meaningful, in general.

There is a theme that runs across all these ideas, which is a demand for honesty. It is so simple that most people miss it. They try everything without this basic ingredient and remains unfulfilled in their internal and external pursuits.

We all learn it in school or otherwise as kids, that honesty is the best policy, but learn to stop trusting in very soon.

This theme is really powerful when used to solve most of the inner world issues.
